    About your appointment

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns and medical conditions. Please note: the use of prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants can be a contraindication to receiving some spa treatments.

Late arrivals will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.

Cancellations and No Show Policy: Due to the high volume of appointment requests and the limited space for appointments, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. The credit card used to reserve the appointment will only be charged in the event of a no show or a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A $35 fee will be assessed for aesthetic services and a $100 fee will be assessed for injection, laser and RF treatments that have a cancellation of less than 24 hours or a no show.

We do accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. There is a 2.99% fee added to any purchase made with a credit card.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt and have not been opened. Check purchases must wait until 10 days after purchase date before returning.

Gift certificates expire 1 year after the purchase date and are not redeemable for cash.

Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.

As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.

As in any cosmetice procedure, the treatment goal is aesthetic improvement, not perfection. The number of treatments necessary will vary between individuals and areas being treated. Several factors including skin color, hormonal activity, internal conditions and other influences may decrease effectiveness of treatments. To better serve your needs, a consultation is recommended to address your cares and concerns.
